We’ll admit it. We take our product very seriously. To ensure that your order reaches you in an extremely satisfactory condition, every print is inspected for quality, clarity and colour accuracy prior to shipping.
Please note: due to variations in colour calibration, resolution, and screen quality, no print will look exactly as seen on your device. Website images are also compressed in order to protect the duplication of work. If we’re not sure the vivid colour and crisp detail will blow your socks off, we won’t ship it.
If you require, or desire, expedited or specialty shipping for any location in the whole wide world, let us know. We’ll make it happen.
Free Shipping Within Canada
We currently offer free shipping on all prints (HD metal, canvas, and fine art), plus calendars.
Free shipping is also available on all other products with a minimum order (3-4 items, depending on product).
USA & International orders are more than welcome. Please contact us for a quote.
Direct Gift Shipping
Save money on your shipping costs! Direct shipping is now available for gift items. Just provide the alternate destination details, and we’ll send the items directly to your gift recipient.
When will my order arrive?
We ship your order within 3 weeks via Owl, Canada Post or Purolator for most locations in Canada. To be honest, it’s usually Canada Post or Purolator. Despite what Harry Potter would have you believe, owls are pretty unreliable, and only work at night. Expedited delivery may be possible for Prince George and the Lower Mainland Metro Vancouver area. Please contact us for options.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are confident you will be very satisfied with the quality of work produced by Eric. But if you’re not wildly excited about your product, we encourage you to let us know. Refunds or exchanges are accepted for up to 10 days after you receive your shipment. You will be responsible for returning the product in its original packaging, at which point we will issue a refund or ship your new Wildlifer product, as specified. Shipments are also insured against loss or damage.
Please contact us to report shipping problems, or to request a refund/exchange. We’ll get all the necessary details worked out, and do everything humanly possible to make you happy.
